Trauma therapy

Do you struggle to trust others, feel anxious in close relationships, or notice patterns of disconnection that trace back to early experiences?

Sometimes trauma isn’t a single event—it’s the slow accumulation of feeling unseen, dismissed, or unsafe in important relationships. These wounds can leave you feeling hyper-vigilant, fearful of abandonment, or like you have little control over how you think, feel, or respond with others.

I specialize in working with clients who have these experiences, particularly relational and complex trauma, using Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) to help process and integrate painful experiences. NET is an evidence-based approach that supports individuals in making sense of their life story, reducing distress, and fostering resilience. With extensive training in NET, I guide clients in structuring their narratives to reprocess trauma, regain agency, and move toward healing.
