Do you feel stuck in the same arguments or patterns, even though you both want things to feel different?
Are you navigating a relationship where one or both of you are neurodivergent—and trying to bridge different communication or processing styles?
Has your partner recently come out as transgender or nonbinary, and you’re both learning how to support each other through that transition?
Do you sometimes feel like you’re speaking different emotional languages, or that your needs aren’t being heard or understood?
Are you exploring non-monogamy and want to strengthen honesty, security, and communication in that process?
Do you long to feel closer, safer, and more understood, but aren’t sure how to get there together?
Relationships can be deeply rewarding—and also complex, especially when partners are navigating layers of neurodivergence, non-monogamy, or queer identity. I help partners strengthen emotional connection and understanding through approaches grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method principles, adapted for diverse relational structures and neurotypes. Explore patterns of disconnection and develop tools to communicate needs more effectively, build safety, and reconnect with shared meaning.
I do not work with high-conflict dynamics, infidelity, or discernment counseling as these require a specialized approach.
